Established in 1978, Groza Construction has been involved in some of the most technical craftsmanship on the Monterey Peninsula. Our reputation has grown from the evidence that our people - from the Project Manager to the Apprentice Carpenter - share the desire and passion to build exceptionally. Our reputation for excellent collaboration has resulted in projects all over the Central Coast including Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Monterra, Tehama, the Santa Lucia Preserve, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Santa Cruz.

 

The core employees of Groza Construction are specialists. Project Managers are proficient in communication, budgeting, and analysis, replete with field experience to bolster their contributions. Foremen are master carpenters with a creative eye that provides insight and tolerates no inefficiency. This leadership results in efficient projects built to the highest standard.

 

Here at Groza Construction, we understand the importance of progress and technology in the building industry.  We have completed homes that comply with the guidelines and standards of both the USGBC and the Build It Green programs, including the first LEED Platinum residence in Monterey County, and have developed the necessary administrative tools to navigate green projects efficiently in the future.  As the demand for certified green homes is growing, the ability to work as a team is invaluable.
